In this archival spotlight collection, we’re looking back at ART PAPERS Vol. 14 No. 6 from November/December 1990. This special issue “on criticism” published a selection of papers presented at the Southeastern Conference on Regional Arts Criticism in October of that year, which was sponsored by ART PAPERS.
